| 背景资料 | IL-32A (also known as Natural killer cells protein 4,Tumor necrosis factor alpha-inducing factor,IL32汐，Interleukin-32 and IL-32 isoform 4) is a member of the cytokine family.IL-32a is a secreted protein selectively expressed in lymphocytes and plays a role in innate and adaptive immune responses.The protein contains a tyrosine sulfation site,3 potential N-myristoylation sites,multiple putative phosphorylation sites,and an RGD cell-attachment sequence.Expression of this protein is increased after the activation of T-cells by mitogens or the activation of NK cells by IL-2.This protein induces the production of TNF汐and IL-8.It induces typical cytokine pathways of NF-kB and p38 MAPK.Alternate transcriptional splice variants,encoding different isoforms,have been characterized. |
