本产品一种亲和介质，能少量分离纯化与CBD（Chitin Binding Domain）融合的目的蛋白。由于该磁珠有一个磁力核心，因此可以从细胞培养上清液中磁力分离与CBD融合的蛋白。再生之后磁珠不会影响结合能力。随后，被磁珠结合的融合蛋白可以从细胞裂解液中捕获与之发生相互作用的靶蛋白。
磁珠粒径：50～70μm
磁珠磁性：顺磁性
结合能力：100μL几丁质磁珠能结合30～50μg CBD融合蛋白
保存：4℃，切勿冷冻。

500mM NaCl，20mM Tris-HCl，1mM EDTA，0.1% Tween-20，pH8.0@25℃。

1×CBD Column Binding Buffer：
500mM NaCl，20mM Tris-HCl，1mM EDTA，0.1% Tween-20，pH8.0@25℃。
- Vortex and thoroughly suspend magnetic beads.
- Aliquot 50μL of bead suspension to a sterile microcentrifuge tube.
- Add 500μL CBD column buffer and vortex to suspend.Apply magnet for 30 seconds,to pull beads to the side of the tube and decant supernatant.Repeat wash.
- Add 200～500μL of cell culture supernatant to beads.
- Mix thoroughly and incubate at 4℃ with agitation for 1hour.
- Apply magnet and decant supernatant.
- Wash beads three times as in step 3 above.
Note：At this point the purified CBD-fusion can be eluted from the beads or used directly for capture of target proteins.
